What happens after the trial?
Nothing automatic, nothing is charged. After 7 days your dashboard is locked until you deliberately choose a plan. Your cards and all data are kept either way.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The card lands straight in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which practically every smartphone already has. Scanning the QR code is enough.
Is this GDPR-compliant?
Yes. There is no registration and no mandatory fields. Name, birthday and town are optional, and the card works without them.
What does a second card cost?
The first card is included in every plan. Each further one costs €4.50 per month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, at any time to the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum term.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Design the card, print the QR code, get going. Stamping runs through the scanner in the dashboard on any smartphone.
